An article popped up on my Yahoo account today stating that certain foods have been scientifically proven to be good for you. So I thought I’d share them with you…
Garlic lowers blood pressure.
Ginger treats nausea.
Soy lowers bad cholesterol.
Peppermint oil helps irritable bowel syndrome.
Cranberry juice prevents urinary tract infections.
Isn’t nature a wonderful thing.
